Location: the hotel was very close to Southern Cross train, the tram in the Burke street, and Melbourne attractions. Popped in Rockpool Bar & Grill for shots before sleep, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

The location was excellent and wonderful, so close to a tram line, and the express tram to the track. It also was close to everything I would recommend it anyone wanting to spend the weekend in Melbourne...

The room also boasted a comfortable bed with good views, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the spacious layout, allowing my suitcase to lay out flat without any hassle.
I noticed that the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally spotty, which slightly disrupted my online activities. Though this was a minor inconvenience, it was the only drawback in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed for a week at Collins House while on a work trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious and well-decorated, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it perfect for unwinding after a long day. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry. The location was ideal—close to public transport and numerous dining options. Plus, the views from the 35th floor were amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I totally recommend this hotel.

So, the location was spot on - right in the heart of everything! We had a fab view of the city, and the apartment was super spacious and clean. The kitchen had loads of amenities, which was great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the get-go.
I was bummed that we had to take out our own trash before leaving, I mean, come on! The mattress was firm, but I would've preferred a softer one. And yeah, why were there only three hangers? it was good, but those little things made the experience a bit less enjoyable.

The apartment impressed me with its immaculate cleanliness and modern design. The cabinetry was beautiful, and the bathroom had a gorgeous finish. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet environment on the 29th floor, which also offered lovely views of the city. I found the kitchen supplies rather minimal. There were only a few utensils and no coffee maker, which might not satisfy those planning a longer stay. I had a great experience but hope for better kitchen equipment next time.

We had an very nice stay with a fantastic view from our apartment on the 51st floor. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the CBD, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
Morning meal could benefit from a wider variety of options.

Lovely panoramic views, fully self-contained amenities, seamless check-in process
Double glazing would be appreciated to reduce noise!!! Storage in the rooms felt cramped with limited floor space for luggage!!! Expanding couch seating in the lounge area would enhance comfort, especially in larger apartments!!!

I was in a comfy one-bedroom apartment for 4 nights and loved how the kitchen was handy for making breakfast and tea in the morning. For relaxation, I enjoyed the peaceful vibe and the cozy lounge area to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the elevator can be a bit noisy when it arrives, but it didn't take away from my stay at all! ☕
